Jordan Imiola is a screenwriter from the city of good neighbors, Buffalo NY. Before moving to the city of angels, he was the first Buffalo State College student in history to be nominated for the WGA Michael Collyer Fellowship. He has written sketches and performed improv at Second City and was part of the Buffalo improv troupe, FNL. He has worked for Fox, Disney, Marvista Entertainment, Untitled Entertainment and has ghostwritten for several production companies. He is the creator and showrunner of "Romantically Hopeless," "Monster Therapy," and "The Deadline Junkies Screenwriting Podcast." He sold his feature screenplay, "Ray and Sunny" (A feel-good comedy about a boy trying to kill himself) to ASA Pictures. He then sold his screenplay "The Devil Wears OshKosh" (a mother-and-son comedy about 2 people who don't want to be mother and son) to Cake on Fire Productions. He's optioned several other screenplays. In 2020, Jordan directed and wrote the feature comedy, "Christmas Staycation." Every week, Jordan runs the Wednesday division of Deadline Junkies, a comedy community of TV and film writers and funny actors.
