Jordan Imiola is a screenwriter from the city of chicken wings, Buffalo, NY. He was the first Buffalo State University student in history to be nominated for the WGA Michael Collyer Fellowship for a screenplay he pitched as "Superbad" with senior citizens. He's written sketches and performed at Second City. Jordan has worked at Fox, Disney, Marvista Entertainment and has ghostwritten for several production companies. He is the creator of "Monster Therapy," "Sports TV" (starring Erik Griffin) "Romantically Hopeless," and "The Deadline Junkies Screenwriting Podcast."
He has sold several screenplays, including "Ray and Sunny" (A feel-good comedy about a boy trying to kill himself) and "The Devil Wears OshKosh" (a mother-and-son comedy about 2 people who don't want to be mother and son). During the pandemic lockdown in 2020, Jordan directed and wrote the feature zoom comedy, "Christmas Staycation" (now streaming on Tubi and on DVD everywhere). Every week, Jordan runs the Wednesday division of Deadline Junkies, a comedy community of TV and film writers and funny actors.
